Our restaurant “Le Sorbier”

After the wonderment of a majestic site, let your taste buds arouse and discover the traditional cooking reconsidered by our Chef. Strong of an experience learned among different European establishments and guided by a desire to go back at the source, the Chef Thibaut Répéto imagined a new menu mixing creativity, delicacy and tradition. He chose to work in close collaboration with producers and players of our territory, for a original and local cooking.

Our wine bar "Le Refuge"

It is by the fireside chimney, at the bar or in the living room, with friends or in family, that we offer you the tasting of great wines of Bordeaux and other local wines.

 

The bar opens every day from 9am to 10pm to exterior guests
