After the wonderment of a majestic site, let your taste buds arouse and discover the traditional cooking reconsidered by our Chef. Strong of an experience learned among different European establishments and guided by a desire to go back at the source, the Chef Thibaut Répéto imagined a new menu mixing creativity, delicacy and tradition. He chose to work in close collaboration with producers and players of our territory, for a original and local cooking.
